PortoVino has a $10 minimum retail order. All prices are in USD.
We typically ship all orders 1-2 business days after they are placed and use United States Post Office and FedEx as our main carriers. We ship from Phoenix, AZ. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships which will include a link to your tracking information. Shipping within the United States
- Free Domestic Shipping at $39 -- All orders shipped within the United States that are $39.00 and over qualify for free shipping. This only applies to standard shipping (which usually takes 2 -5 business days). Customers will need to pay for express shipping if they choose that option.
- We ship to 220 countries around the world! There's a good chance we ship to you.
- We offer two rates for International Shipping.
Standard International Shipping starts at $19.99 and it generally takes 12 to 60 days for your order to arrive. Partial refunds are available for shipping issues -- please email email@example.com with any concerns.
Priority International Shipping starts at $49.99 and it generally takes 6 to 12 days for your order to arrive. Full refunds are available for shipping issues -- please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns.
- Please note that VAT/Duties charges may apply to your order are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with the product:
- Please send an email to email@example.com and inform Bella Vita why you would like to return it.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address to send it back.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt, and if in original condition, we will issue a credit for the price that you paid for the item.
If the product you received is defective:
All return requests must be made within 30 days after your order has arrived.
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue
- Include photos if possible
- Indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement
- Upon receiving your email, we will contact you with further instructions. If it is necessary to return the item, we will ask that you send us the product. Upon receipt, we will provide you with full credit of both shipping and the sales price of the item.

- If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel and refund your money.
- If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) for a refund.
Sales tax is only charged on orders placed in Arizona.
