Please note that returns for reasons other than a defective product, we prefer the item to be unused. The above applies for all orders in the Continental United States.
If you would like to return your order and you are located outside of the United States, we will stand behind any manufacturers issues. If there are no manufacturers issues, you can still return your purse for a full refund, but we will ask that you ship the purse back to us.
Please ensure that you make your return request within 30-days from receiving the bag.
