Returns & Replacements
Love it or return it! If for any reason you're not happy with your PortoVino, please let us know!
- Please send an email to email@example.com explaining the issue
- Include photos if possible
- If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- We will process all replacement & refund requests quickly
- Please note that returns for reasons other than a defect with the product we ask that they be unused and returned in the original condition. We take each issue on a case by case basis. One size return policies are not the PortoVino way. :)
- Please contact us within 30 days if you would like a return.

We ship all orders by next business day. Your PortoVino will ship from Phoenix, Arizona using the United States Postal Service or FedEx. One you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to your tracking information.
Please note - if you ship overnight, it will ship overnight on the next business day. Overnight shipments do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders over $44.95 qualify for free shipping. This only applies to standard shipping (which usually takes 2 -5 business days). If you need a more expedited service, we offer FedEx overnight services. If you choose overnight shipping, this service is only available Monday through Friday as we cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- We ship to 220 countries around the world! There's a good chance we ship to you.
- We offer two rates for International Shipping.
Economy International Shipping generally starts at $19.99 and it takes about 12 to 30 days for your order to arrive in your country.There may be custom delays beyond our control-- we do everything we can to avoid that, but it can still happen.
Express (FedEx) International Shipping generally arrives within 4 - 6 business days. There may be possible customs delays beyond our control, but we will do everything we can to avoid that.
VAT/Duties: Many countries charge VAT/Duties when a product is entering into the country and this could lead to additional costs. Unfortunately we do not control these additional costs and they are imposed by your government's duty policies. It is possible that this may apply to your order and would not be included in your shipping cost. If duties are imposed, your postal service will generally notify you when they have your shipment and send you a notice to contact the postal service to pay your duties prior to final delivery.

PortoVino has a $10 minimum retail order. All prices are in USD.
