Include photos if possible.
We can do exchanges or refunds.
If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a return label.
We will process all replacement & refund requests quickly.
Please note that returns for reasons other than a defect with the product we prefer the item to be unused.
The above applies for all orders in the Continental United States.
If you would like to return your order and you are located outside of the United States, we will stand behind any manufacturers issues. If there are no manufacturers issues, you can still return your purse for a full refund, but we will ask that you ship the purse back to us.
